What if the ban list never existed? What would you think happen in Yu-gi-oh! today? This is just one of the decks that could exist while there's no ban list at all. 
Right now, I'm just doing an experiment on what cards should be removed from the ban list. Expect more to come.

you know it's actually pretty poor, right? Exodia's parts are dead draws. At least use Heart of the Underdog...

Not really. For using Graceful Charity and Allure of Darkness, I can select the Exodia Pieces as targets without having to worry about recycling them.

Painful choice in my opinion could be very useful. You can use it to remove the cards between Exodia parts and use Pot of Greed to Draw.
